Job Description
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive customer engagement.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, offline promotions, and digital advertising.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, such as mall management and promotional partners, to secure collaborations and promotions.
Create engaging visual content for social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials to captivate the audience.
Proactively brainstorm and implement promotional concepts or creative sales ideas to increase revenue and attract more customers (e.g., loyalty programs, limited-time offers, holiday campaigns).
Stay updated on the latest trends in design, social media, and marketing to keep the brand competitive and fresh.
Represent the brand during negotiations or discussions with mall management, vendors, and collaborators, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.
Continuously explore new opportunities to enhance sales by analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in F&B or retail industry).
Experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital strategies.
Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, CEO, Meta Ads).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
