Luxury Travel Advisor

who’s excited to build something from the ground up. This isn’t a traditional agency role. You’ll have real ownership, direct client impact, and the opportunity to shape processes in a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do: Design and coordinate complex, luxury, multi-destination itineraries Book air, hotels, and services using

GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) Be the trusted point of contact before and during travel Manage urgent changes, cancellations, family emergencies, and global contingencies Work closely with airlines, hotels, and international partners to protect the client experience

What We’re Looking For: Experience in luxury travel advising Strong GDS expertise Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) Calm under pressure and solution-driven Comfortable being available when emergencies arise Excited by startup environments and building processes from scratch
