IT Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals. Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports. Managing resources for projects. Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities. Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence. Conducting risk assessments for projects. Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.

Qualifications A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of work experience as Project Manager Must have prior experience in managing infrastructure projects Familiar with Cloud Azure, IT systems, software development methodologies Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Ability to handle multiple projects across various disciplines (e.g., Cloud migration, Datacenter Services, networks, telecommunications, storage) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Have experience from insurance or FS background Ideally with PMP, PMI, ITIL, or PRINCE2 qualifications Detail-minded and able to multi-task Preferably with some insurance experience, but not essential
