Monitor dan track daily sales performance (Sell-In & Sell-Out) of Brand Ambassadors, including validation via phone calls.

Analyze performance of underachieving Brand Ambassadors both briefly and in detail.

Monitor and maintain stock availability in stores and ensure the consistency of Visual Merchandising in all outlets.

Train and develop the Brand Ambassador team in selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Beauty Advisor

Proficient in MS Office and good understanding of personal grooming standards

Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

Familiarity with the assigned area coverage

Proven sales target achievement

Ability to work under pressure and travel as required

Domiciled in Bandung or willing to be based in Bali.

Valid driver\'s license (SIM A/C)
