Use and update teacher data through the CMS accurately.
Communicate and coordinate with teachers regarding teaching schedules and readiness.
Conduct teacher matchmaking based on qualifications, availability, and teaching location.
Support the teaching fulfillment process to ensure all teaching needs are met on time.
Arrange, monitor, and adjust teachers’ schedules, including weekend classes.
Handle daily operational issues related to teacher assignment and scheduling.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
Proven experience in education, teacher operations, or a related role.
Accustomed to using CMS or similar administrative systems.
Available to work on a freelance basis and willing to work on weekends.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
