We are looking for a meticulous and driven

Finance AP Supervisor

to join our team at PT E Tirta Medical Centre. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity by overseeing the accounts payable function, managing cash flow, and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure the company’s liquidity and financial health.

Payment Processing:

Prepare and execute timely payments for both internal requirements and external vendors.

Petty Cash Oversight:

Accurately record and report Head Office (HO) petty cash transactions.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly cash balance reports.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and review the work of Accounts Payable team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum

2–3 years of experience

in a similar supervisory role within Finance or Accounts Payable.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in

Microsoft Excel

(must be proficient in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, etc.).

Accounting Systems:

Experience using accounting software such as

SAP, Accurate, Zahir, or MYOB .

Leadership:

Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Soft Skills:

High level of accuracy and

attention to detail .

Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions in changing environments.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
