PMT is seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead our Telecom Services Project division. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape sales direction, strengthen client partnerships, and drive significant business growth within the rapidly evolving telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies for telecom service projects

Lead commercial initiatives to achieve business targets and revenue growth

Manage and expand key client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention

Design, implement, and monitor sales programs aligned with company objectives

Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in operational or related roles within telecom or similar industries

Proven success (minimum 3 years) in delivering sales programs and driving business growth

Strong account management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to enhance commercial performance

Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
