Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and manage our quality assurance program within the woodworking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards and specifications, from raw material inspection through final product delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of woodworking processes, exceptional attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.

Your Mission
Lead and inspire a dedicated QC team in a high‑performance woodworking environment.
Develop and enforce clear, consistent quality standards across all product lines.
Detect issues before they happen — through inspections, testing, and proactive problem‑solving.
Collaborate across production, design, and supply chain to create seamless quality workflows.
Own audits, reports, compliance, and training programs with full autonomy.
Be a champion of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications
Brings 5+ years of QC/QA experience in woodworking and furniture production.
Understands the fine details, from raw materials and finishes to joinery and final assembly.
Has a sharp eye for defects and a proactive mindset to fix root causes.
Knows their way around BIFMA or EN standards, inspection processes, and quality systems.
Leads by example and knows how to build trust on the production floor.
