Senior Associate - Assurance (FY26) – CMAAS – Complex At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Focused on relationships, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and deepen technical expertise while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues.

Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Deliver high‑quality work while managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm (external audit).

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).

Team player with strong project‑management skills.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Experience and knowledge of IPOs, IPO preparation and bond offerings is an advantage.

Professional certification (CPA, CA, etc.) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP is an asset; experience in applying or interpreting US GAAP or IFRS, conducting accounting research, analysis and report writing.
