What we need:

This role will be responsible for data‑center operations security and support customer‑related security matters, ensuring compliance with large‑scale or complex deals in the location.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

Past experience in data‑center operations and security management (preferred).

Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards and regulations.

Experience with relevant technology and equipment (e.g., security‑access system, CCTV).

A collaborative personality and ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to conduct investigations objectively and professionally regarding sensitive issues.

Good command of English.

A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

Develop, maintain and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.

Plan and coordinate security for data‑center operations and specific events.

Interface with colleagues, various groups, and subcontractors to implement customer security requirements and provide operational security support.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address and remediate security issues, ensuring efficient resolution.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement security solutions, best practices and tools to enhance the security posture of the data center.

Manage risks and BCP requirements on security‑related matters.

Investigate security incidents, breaches and vulnerabilities to understand root causes and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.

Investigate and write incident reports for management on security incidents.

Coordinate and support existing and new initiative certifications such as ISMS, ISO 27001, 14001, 45001, PCI DSS, etc., including development and implementation work guided by HQ.

Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety, information security management, environmental management systems, incident management, and comply with all legal regulatory requirements.
