Logistic Data (Team Member)

Job Purpose Responsible for managing and maintaining logistics data related to the movement of finished vehicles or goods in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy between system records and actual physical stock.

Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management Input and update data for incoming and outgoing vehicles or goods in the logistics / warehouse management system (WMS). Ensure all logistics transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Inventory Control Perform data reconciliation between system records and physical stock in the warehouse. Support periodic

stock taking / inventory counting

activities. 3. Documentation Prepare and manage logistics documents such as: Delivery Orders (DO) Goods Receipt Notes Shipping documents Vehicle dispatch records Maintain proper filing and documentation for all logistics records. 4. Coordination Coordinate with

warehouse, production, and transportation teams

regarding vehicle or material deliveries. Support loading and dispatch activities by ensuring vehicle data matches shipping documents. 5. Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to: Vehicle / goods movement Shipment status Finished goods inventory levels Report any discrepancies to the

Logistic Group Leader / Supervisor . 6. Compliance Ensure all logistics data recording follows

company SOP and warehouse procedures . Maintain the confidentiality and security of logistics data.

Qualifications Minimum

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field 2–3 years experience

in logistics or warehouse operations (preferably in the automotive industry) Familiar with

ERP / WMS / SAP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills Good teamwork and communication skills.
