We are looking for a

Customer Experience (CX) Specialist

to support our fast-growing stock brokerage business in Indonesia. You will be on the frontlinesโ€”helping users via chat and email, guiding them through onboarding and account setup, and ensuring they feel confident using our platform.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to learn. You will be trained in our systems and supported by experienced team members as you grow from following instructions (L1) to executing independently (L2).

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of fintech, trading operations, and customer success โ€” while building a career in a fast-growing company.

Respond to basic customer questions via email and chat.

Escalate technical or sensitive cases to senior team members.

Use helpdesk tools (like Intercom or Zendesk) to manage tickets.

Explain Gotradeโ€™s platform and features clearly to users.

Review trade and transaction logs for accuracy.

Monitor account activity and flag unusual behaviors.

Assist with dividend and corporate action inquiries using templates.

Review KYC documents for completeness using internal checklists.

Guide new users through onboarding and verification steps.

Update customer records accurately in the CRM.

Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to share customer insights.

Join team reviews to discuss pain points and user feedback.

Support other departments when customer perspectives are needed.

Fresh graduate or early-career professional (0โ€“2 years of experience).

Strong interest in

trading, investing, and financial markets.

Excellent written English and professional communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and curiosity to learn.

Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (Intercom) is a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Empathetic, proactive, and eager to take initiative.

Based in Indonesia and legally eligible to work.

Strong written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency a plus.

Passionate about user experience and financial education.
