Overview We are a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of specialized electronic systems and components for critical applications in the homeland security, healthcare, defense, and aerospace industries. With over 40 years of electronics engineering and manufacturing experience, we operate offices and production facilities in more than a dozen countries to expand into selective end‑product markets.

Responsibilities

Lead the day‑to‑day activities of the receiving/shipping team.

Conduct training for operators on the required skills.

Ensure materials and the correct number of pallets are received from the forwarder.

Ensure proper housekeeping is performed in the receiving area.

Report any discrepancies to the Supervisor.

Assist the Supervisor in handling urgent parts required by production.

Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

It is the responsibility of every employee to report quality problems or defects to their manager or a member of senior management so corrective action can be implemented and recurrence avoided.

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

Minimum Senior High School diploma.

Proven experience as a leader.

At least 1 year of experience in soldering.
