Sales Manager Sales Executive Bachelor’s Degree (S1) / Diploma (D3): Hotel Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Asst. Sales Manager / Sales Manager (1) (2) Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales (priority given to experience in hotels with a similar target market in Malang). Potential Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (3) Possesses an Extensive Network (Local & National Corporate Clients, Travel Agents, Event Organizers). Capable of developing Sales Strategies and maintaining good client relationships (1) (2) Possesses effective verban and written communication skills and persuasive presentation skills. Familiar with hotel reservation systems. Fluent in Indonesian and English (verbal and written). Other languages are a plus. Results-oriented, proactive, takes initiative, able to work under pressure, understands the local culture of Malang. Target-oriented, highly motivated, proactive, able to drive and possesses an active driver’s license (SIM A).
