Food Safety & Quality Senior Manager / QA/QC Manager

PT ANEKA PANGAN INTERNASIONAL, Quality Compliance & Competency (Remote Area), South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID. Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation of QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation and operational activities. Carry out continuous improvements in managing resources and work processes to create effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Create short‑term and long‑term strategies regarding work plans, targets and activity plans. Determine standards, methods and testing procedures from incoming materials to finished products together with the QC Supervisor. Resolve customer complaints and monitor incoming laboratory material, conformity of all PICA to goals, quality plans, retail samples, control charts, asset QC and general cleaning. Ensure production results comply with the specified MPS, in accordance with process and product standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition or equivalent. At least 8 years of experience in the related field (Food Safety, Quality Assurance or GMP). Proficient in Quality Management System, Food Safety, SAP and GMP. Experience handling Biscuit, Snack, Wafer and Confectionery products. Understanding of quality control implementation, food product standards and raw‑material production processes. Knowledge of manpower planning and production integration. Willing to be placed in Majalengka. Company Overview
