PT Mitracomm Ekasarana is currently looking for Call Center - Mandarin Speaker to join our client team in #Semarang. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and issues through calls, live chat, and digital channels. 2. Escalated and categorized cases to the right teams. 3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements: 1. Fresh Graduates of High School/Diploma/Bachelor degree are welcomed to apply, as long have the skills required. 2. Proficient to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese, English, and Indonesian. 3. Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 5. We have estimate salary range 8-10mio rupiahs, it's negotiable based on your experience and skills.
