Warehouse Engineer [supervisor] Role at Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited

Responsibilities

Organize operation (receiving, dispatching and storage) management of raw material warehouse/finished product warehouse/non‑production warehouse in the base.

Maintain consistency of accounts and physical goods in the warehouse, and implement circular inventory checks and year‑end inventory checks.

Update SOPs related to base warehousing and review related business processes.

Identify safety risks at the warehouse site and manage ERT safety.

Visual management and maintenance of the warehouse site.

Inspect warehousing equipment and facilities and carry out third‑level maintenance of TPM.

Provide business skills improvement training, performance assessment and career promotion management for IL personnel, and control MOH costs in warehouse operations.

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
