Job Description

About the Role The role involves managing the sales of new machines,

specifically separators , and leading a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with GEA requirements.

Responsibilities Sales Performance & Target Achievement

Meet the annual and quarterly sales targets for New Separator Machines.

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and grow the customer base.

Identify new business opportunities in relevant industrial sectors, especially within the Renewable Resources industry, Palm Oil, Refinery, etc.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, coach, and support sales team members to ensure they meet individual and team sales goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and field visits with the sales team.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations aligned with customer requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Support negotiation and closing activities to secure orders.

Process Compliance & CRM Management

Ensure the entire sales process aligns with GEA’s internal procedures and global standards.

Make sure all sales activities, opportunities, and customer data are correctly updated and maintained in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Service, Finance, Project Management) to ensure smooth project handover and execution.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery, capital equipment, or industrial solutions sales. Experience in the Renewable Resources industry is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing or coaching sales teams.

Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships.

Knowledge of CRM systems and structured sales processes is an advantage.
