Warehouse Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities About the job Warehouse Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) Learn, operate, and manage the Midea WMS system for daily warehouse operations. Support warehouse management activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and reporting. Act as a communication bridge with the Chinese Director and internal teams. Handle warehouse-related accounting and documentation accurately and timely. Monitor and ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs. Coordinate with external warehouses to align processes and resolve issues. Prepare regular reports for management regarding warehouse performance and system updates. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must. Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain is preferred (fresh graduates with Mandarin skills are welcome to apply). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willing to be placed on-site at the plant warehouse.
