This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate tax processing, supporting tax requirements, tax dispute processes, and maintaining compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Based in our Jakarta office, we are looking for a suitable candidate for:

How You’ll Help Us Grow: You will support daily, monthly, and annual tax activities by recapitulating and processing withholding taxes (Article 21, 23, 4(2), 25), VAT input, entertainment and nominative lists, as well as ensuring accurate data entry and reporting through the Coretax System. This role involves identifying taxable transactions and calculating applicable taxes, creating tax billing and payment documentation including WHT, PIB, and PNBP, and maintaining proper bank payment evidence. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting monthly WHT and VAT reports, supporting annual Corporate Income Tax Return (CITR) processes, collecting tax credits (Article 24/26), and preparing complete supporting data and documentation for tax audits, objections, appeals, SP2DK/SP2 letters, and external tax auditor requirements.

Could This Be You?

Bachelor's Degree in Fiscal or Taxation with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Min of 3 years relevant tax experience in related field

Brevet A and/or B certification is an advantage

Familiarity with accounting and tax software such as Coretax, e‑SPT, and e‑Bupot is required, along with a strong understanding of taxation and accounting concepts

Strong Excel skills and sound knowledge in Indonesian Taxation
