Sales Executive - Jakarta

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at PT SLS Laharindo in Jakarta. This is a full‑time role where you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of industrial products. Your ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions will be essential to driving business growth and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports

Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions

Explain the technical features of our products and services to customers

Support the sales process by resolving technical concerns

Conduct product demos and answer technical questions

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, or sales campaigns as needed

Qualifications

Preferably based in Jakarta

Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering

Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Customer‑focused with a results‑driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
