Job Description Educators Overseas is recruiting for a Teacher of Mandarin to teach at the High School level a lovely International School located in the small city of Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. Come be part of this truly unique family atmosphere in a city where you can literally live like a king on pennies a day! This is a short-term contract with the option to renew.

The school is in a small town located in Java, approximately 3 hours via train from the capital city of Jakarta. It uses the Cambridge Curriculum and conducts classes in English.

Requirements

Having a Bachelors Degree in Education or Mandarin or any other related degree with teacher certification in Mandarin

Energetic, dedicated and a team-player

Teaching experience is required

Willing to learn and adapt to the school culture

Maximum age of applicant is 60 years old, due to Indonesia law for visas.

Student Teaching counts towards years of experience. 5 years' experience, preferred

Proficient with the use of technology in teaching

Available for a 3 year contract
