Responsibilities
Develop and execute corporate Medical Check-Up (MCU) partnership offering strategies to meet employee health needs across various industries.
Identify and establish strategic collaborations with Health Brands, Sports Hubs, and Wellness Communities to create exclusive bundled healthcare packages for their members.
Coordinate with the Medical Representative team to ensure the availability of Clinic and Lab Partner networks across regions with adequate service variations in accordance with corporate and retail client demands.
Establish strategic agreements with third‑party partners to strengthen service sales through the Causa platform and the official website.
Develop loyalty programs or incentive schemes with partners to increase traffic and transaction conversions within the company’s digital ecosystem.
Formulate short‑term (tactical) and long‑term (strategic) sales strategies based on market trends, consumer behavior, and internal data to achieve revenue targets.
Ideally, You Will Have
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (experience in retail and banking industries is a plus).
Strong negotiation skills and extensive networks within the HR (Corporate) sector as well as wellness/lifestyle communities.
Good data analysis skills (familiarity with CRM or sales data analytics tools is preferred).
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into business opportunities.
Proactive, target‑oriented, and able to work in a dynamic startup ecosystem.
