Senior Tax Consultant

Job Responsibilities

Compute and prepare clients' withholding tax worksheet (Article 21, 23, 4(2)) and report the tax return;

Compute and prepare clients' personal income tax (PIT), corporate income tax (CIT), report the tax return, tax advice and SP2DK;

Review the details of Monthly Tax Compliance Services and CITR;

Review and preparation of financial statements;

Assist other team members in preparing working papers and submission letters for tax litigation processes at the audit, objections, and appeal levels;

Participate in the audit, objections, and appeal processes with other team members;

Reviewing team work;

Take part in special assignments from partners related to clients' accounting and tax requirements;

The employee reports their daily activities to their partner.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Taxation;

Have min. 1 year experience as a Senior in a reputable tax consulting firm;

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required;

Possession of a Brevet A/B/C is desirable;

Have professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Tax Consultant certification (BKP) is a plus;

Must have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English;

Must have strong understanding and good knowledge of tax laws and all tax rules;

Must have proficiency in relevant tax software;

Being detail-oriented, responsive, disciplined, responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, and having good time management;
