Role Objectives Business Relation & Event Manager is responsible for driving targeted traffic and support increase sales revenue in our boutiques by partnering up with key partners, potential partners, and also through special events.

Responsibilities Business Relation & Partners Management

Creating yearly initiatives plan and matrix for business relation activities that focus on the John Hardy Bali Experience

Execute plan according to budget plan approved.

Maintain and update Matrix Experiences and initiatives activities.

Identify key partners and plan for opportunistic collaboration in cross promotion or events.

Continuously maintain and develop relationships with the existing partner from Tourism Industry such as hotels and travel agencies.

Develop potential partners from Tourism and Corporations for promoting John Hardy Bali Experiences.

Educate partners with all experiences offered in John Hardy Bali by inviting them to experience firsthand.

Execute gathering for certain partners to ensure that partners are always up to date with the experiences offered.

Work closely with the Commercial team to understand what support is most needed.

Responsible for clear briefing and communicating rolled out initiatives to the commercial team involved.

Create monthly qualitative reports on the business relation initiatives.

Ensuring all administrative works and agreements are all up to date.

KPI is based on the increase of foot traffic and sales increase from business partner initiative.

Activation / Events

Plan yearly events and activation activities.

Partner with Boutique Managers and Restaurant Manager to plan events to support brand exposure and sales revenue.

Lead the commercial team involved in executing planned events.

Qualifications

5-10 years strong sales experience in Bali

Excellent relationship development and sales skills

Ability to work with a variety of different cultures with inputs from both local field and offices (Hong Kong) and head office (New York)

Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
