Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Provide technical support to users
Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners)
Install and manage operating systems (primarily Windows)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
Perform regular system maintenance and updates
Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For
Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support
Proven experience as IT Support, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of, Windows and/or macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory & Hardware troubleshooting
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Good communication and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
