Procurement Supervisor

This position serves as a buyer for the IDM category within the Procurement function. The primary categories managed include Logistics, Professional Services, and IT. The role is responsible for purchasing required goods and services in compliance with K-C Softex's procurement policies.

Key Accountabilities: Take on the role of a procurement buyer for the Logistics, Professional category and the IT category, maximizing business operational efficiency and process productivity. Identify and develop new suppliers in the relevant category, analyze cost structures, and secure optimal purchasing competitiveness. As KC is global company, KC requires its procurement buyers to collaborate with global, regional teams and relevant stakeholders in each country. The procurement process must be carried out in accordance with internal regulations and procurement policies, following the established procedures As we comply with KC compliance requirements and undergo internal and external audits, all tasks must be carried out according to the proper procedures to prevent any issues. Evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure that business operations are not affected. Monitoring performance (KPI) of vendors Maintain good relationships with related departments within company and external vendor Process logistics-related purchase orders and manage related POs and open POs. Lead bidding activities related to procurement logistics area category.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above from any related fields. Experienced in Procurement and Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operational roles. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate with regional and global teams. Familiar and strong in operating Ms. Office, particularly Ms. Excel. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is preferred. Basic understanding of sourcing processes, cost analysis, and procurement documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Analytical and detail-oriented approach to supplier evaluation and cost analysis. High level of integrity and compliance mindset, able to follow procurement policies and audit requirements. Problem-solving ability with a proactive and collaborative working style. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support cross-functional projects. Willing to be located in Head Office, BSD, South Tangerang.
