Role Overview

As a full-time on-site Talent Acquisition in Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and executing hiring initiatives that attract top talent to our organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs and find the right candidates who share our vision of innovative smart home solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to create a positive experience throughout the recruitment process Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and improve sourcing strategies

Requirements

1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology sector Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Demonstrated coaching and advising skills, influencing others towards positive outcomes
