Area Sales Manager - Palembang

Develop sales strategies and area targets based on sales data analysis and market potential. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities (orders, inventory, delivery, and product display). Identify and develop potential new stores/dealers within the assigned area. Monitor sales orders, stock availability, and buffer stock levels. Monitor billing and payment collection processes from stores/dealers. Handle after-sales service activities and customer complaints within the area. Analyze competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, product display, and product offerings. Coordinate sales activities with internal and external stakeholders. Manage, lead, and evaluate the sales team’s performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in the implementation of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5R, OHS/K3) and internal/external audits. Implement and uphold company values in daily work activities. Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5 years of managerial-level experience in retail sales. Preferably experienced in the furniture retail or premium product industry. Strong capability in developing data-driven area sales strategies based on market potential. Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and area performance. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams both strategically and operationally. Experienced in managing relationships with dealers, stores, or partners across wide geographic areas. Good understanding of billing and accounts receivable (AR) processes in both modern and traditional trade channels. Experienced in handling customer complaints and after-sales service processes.
