We are looking for a

hands-on HR Executive

to support our operations across Asia. The role will serve as the

primary HR point of contact

for employees and managers in Indonesia and Singapore, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the employee lifecycle across the region.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the

full employee lifecycle

including onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation Prepare and administer

employment contracts, amendments and employee records Act as the

main HR contact

for employees in Indonesia and Singapore, supporting day-to-day HR matters Ensure HR processes and documentation are

compliant with local employment regulations Support

work permit, migration and relocation processes

where required Assist with

HR reporting and workforce data

for management and business planning Maintain accurate

HR databases and documentation Coordinate HR matters across

Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and China

Requirements: 3–5 years of experience

in HR operations or HR generalist roles Fluent English and Indonesian

(both written and spoken) Experience supporting

regional teams or multi-country HR operations

is a plus Knowledge of Singapore employment law is a strong advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and work with teams across different locations
