Job Description
Responsible for accurate recording of financial transactions, managing payment and receipt documentation, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Oversees tax input, withholding, reporting, reconciliation, and timely submission to the Directorate General of Taxes. Provides audit support and maintains organized, confidential financial and tax documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Record all financial transactions accurately and timely in the Accurate Accounting System, including daily journals, general ledger entries, and adjustment journals.
Record all payment transactions into the system to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Record all receipt transactions into the system in a timely manner.
Transaction Voucher Management
Prepare and print payment vouchers for all financial transactions.
Review and verify the completeness of supporting documents for each transaction prior to payment processing.
Ensure payment vouchers are properly compiled together with their supporting documents.
Tax Reporting and Reconciliation
Manage and input tax data into e‑Faktur and e‑Bupot systems in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
Ensure tax withholding and/or collection is performed correctly based on applicable tax laws and review tax calculations for each transaction.
Input Unified Tax (Pajak Unifikasi) data into the tax system accurately and timely.
Perform reconciliation between accounting records in the Accurate system and bank statements to ensure data consistency.
Prepare monthly tax withholding certificates (Bukti Potong) and ensure timely distribution.
Execute tax payments and ensure receipt of the State Revenue Receipt (Bukti Penerimaan Negara).
Prepare and submit tax reports to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) and ensure receipt of the Electronic Filing Receipt (Bukti Penerimaan Elektronik).
Distribute tax withholding certificates to vendors in a timely manner.
Conduct monthly and annual tax reconciliations with submitted Tax Returns (SPT) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Audit Support
Prepare and provide all required financial and tax documents for internal and external audit purposes.
Ensure audit documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available when required.
Reports to: Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax-related roles.
Proficient in using Accurate Accounting System and Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including e‑Faktur, e‑Bupot, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Unified Tax.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and data reconciliation skills.
Able to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external parties.
