Engineering Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability. Analyze equipment performance, perform troubleshooting, and prepare maintenance reports. Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and manpower effectively. Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve high performance and discipline. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production area. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Min. 2 years in the same position (Supervisor), preferably in food manufacturing industry Strong analytical, machine troubleshooting skills, and able to perform data analysis Skilled in maintenance planning, scheduling, and team management Experienced in spare parts management and reliability improvement Knowledge with ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5R, TPM, or similar continuous improvement systems Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
