After Sales Service Executive

Feen Marine is a leading manufacturer of Inert Gas systems and Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems for the marine and offshore industry. With over 20 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and servicing these systems, Feen Marine ensures reliability and access to parts and services when needed. Our products are used in shipyards across Korea, China, Poland, Indonesia, Turkey, Philippines, and Japan. We are located in Singapore, Batam Indonesia, and Norway, with supporting distributors in China, Japan, and South Korea. Our goal is to achieve lasting success for both our customers and ourselves through continuous product development.

Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a After Sales Service Executive located in Batam.

Key Responsibilities

Both spares supply & service arrangement

✔️ Coordinate with internal teams

✔️ Work directly with international clients (100% foreign customers)

✔️ Strong organizational & teamwork skills

✔️ Experience with project management tools
