Job Description
Responsibilities
Performing laptop recovery when necessary
Deleting data when required, using data deletion tools provided by the customer
Storing selected items in the designated warehouse
Coordinating with IT team regarding the checklist for laptop in good condition or suitable for use
Creating progress reports
Requirements
Knowledge of supporting and configuring solutions using Mobile Device Management (MDM), HyperV, N8N
Associate’s degree in information technology, or equivalent work experience
At least 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Able to manage multiple threads of work simultaneously and prioritize appropriately based on business or end‑user needs
Solutions‑oriented and a quick problem‑solver; able to operate autonomously and appropriately escalate issues
Technical knowledge of MacOS, Windows 10/11, iOS, and common end‑user applications (e.g., MS Office)
