Job Opening: Business Development & Construction Manager – Ask For Patty About Ask For Patty: Ask For Patty is an American-style eatery focused on high-quality, artisanal products—from our 30-day dry-aged beef to our daily-made doughnuts. As we move into an exciting expansion phase, we are looking for a strategic and tactical leader to bring the "Patty Universe" to new, iconic locations.

The Role As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the entire expansion lifecycle—from site scouting to the final handover of a ready-to-operate outlet. You will bridge the gap between our business vision and technical reality, overseeing construction and renovation projects to ensure they meet our aesthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Expansion Strategy: Identify and analyze potential locations (Malls, Shophouses, or Stand-alone) that align with the Ask For Patty target market.

Lease Negotiation: Handle lease contract negotiations, legalities, and licensing with third parties or building management.

Construction Oversight: Directly monitor renovation and construction projects for new outlets. Ensure contractors adhere to timelines, budgets, and design specifications.

Project Management: Manage the opening timeline for new stores, from the design phase through to the Grand Opening.

Vendor Management: Curate and manage relationships with construction vendors, interior designers, and kitchen equipment suppliers.

Financial Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and ROI calculations for every new branch opening.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Project Management, specifically within F&B chain operations.

Technical Skills: Good understanding of construction workflows, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and the ability to read technical drawings/floor plans.

Chain Management: Proven track record of managing multiple branch openings simultaneously with strict standardization.

Analytical Thinking: Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

Mobility: Willingness to travel across Greater Jakarta to inspect sites or ongoing projects.
