Job Description

Customer Service Representative (China Desk) Job Purpose To provide professional and efficient banking services to Mandarin‑speaking customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance with banking regulations, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Handle account opening processes (savings, current accounts, time deposits) for individual and corporate customers.

Process non‑cash transactions and administrative requests (data updates, ATM/debit card issuance, account maintenance, etc.).

Provide clear and accurate information regarding banking products and services to Mandarin‑speaking customers.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure completeness and validity of customer documentation in accordance with KYC, AML, and internal compliance policies.

Perform accurate data entry and verification in the banking system.

Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Provide language assistance/translation support when required during customer interactions.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Detail‑oriented with good understanding of banking operational procedures.

Previous experience as a bank Customer Service Officer is an advantage.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara
