Our teams work across multi‑disciplinary infrastructure and complex urban development, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client partnership.SMEC Indonesia is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Architectural Building Consultants for a major rail infrastructure Construction Supervision assignment in Southeast Asia.This is a long-term supervision project (approximately 6 years, subject to extension).This is an Expression of Interest for bid submission purposes. Client and project details will be shared at a later stage with shortlisted candidates.**Key Responsibilities**:* Supervise architectural works for underground stations, elevated stations, depot buildings, and associated rail facilities* Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and international rail standards* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and rail system teams* Review shop drawings and construction methodology* Monitor site quality, safety, and progress* Provide technical advisory support during the construction phase**Mandatory Requirements**:* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)* Minimum 12 years total professional experience* Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure development projects* Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management Consultancy, Supervision, or Design Consultancy* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position* Rail project experience (underground and/or elevated) is essential* Minimum 2 years of working experience in Asian countries* IELTS score ≥ 6.5 or equivalent**Why Join SJ/SMEC**
