Job Description
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience in a manufacturing/plant environment with both blue- and white-collar employees.
Strong knowledge of
Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance , with a consistent and disciplined approach to governance.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining
harmonious industrial relations , including engagement with
labor unions , collective bargaining negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including
talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and HR operations.
A leadership style that is
calm, consistent, and role-model oriented , fostering trust, respect, and long-term employee commitment
Strong communication skills in
English .

Job Description
Develop and lead the overall
Human Resources strategy
in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term business objectives.
Serve as a
strategic partner
to the Board of Directors and senior management in matters related to people management and organizational effectiveness.
Oversee all
HR functions end-to-end , including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and HR operations.
Ensure full
compliance with Indonesian labor laws , government regulations, and internal company policies.
Lead and maintain
constructive industrial relations , including engagement with labor unions, collective bargaining agreement (CBA/PKB) negotiations, and resolution of labor disputes.
Build and strengthen a
disciplined, high-performance, and safety-oriented work culture
that supports productivity and continuous improvement.
Partner with plant and operational leaders in managing
blue-collar and white-collar
employees to ensure efficiency, engagement, and compliance with company standards.
Lead
organizational development and change management initiatives
to improve structure, processes, and people capabilities.
Establish, implement, and monitor
HR policies, procedures, and systems
to ensure consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop the
HR team , fostering professionalism, accountability, and performance excellence.
Prepare and present
HR reports, analytics, and strategic recommendations
to senior management as required.
