Jr. Business Analyst

Job Description Summary : Assist business in implementating and maintaining technology solutions (SAP, CTRMs) via collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors when applicable.

Job Description :

Act as a communication bridge between business and IT Department by translating business requirement into system specifications and vice versa translate system requirements/limitations into business language for users.

Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating system/process requirements and formats.

Recommend improvements for system/process by studying current practices; designing modifications where applicable.

Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.

Maintain system/process protocols by writing and updating procedures.

Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support; training users.

Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve current processes, discover issues and deliver better values.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Economy (Finance/Accounting)

2-3 years of proven experience in commercial/finance/data analysis, business process, finance/acct/costing, management budget & reporting (B2B or B2C)

Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

Proven analytical abilities, compile and translate data abilities, and strategical mindset to do follow up action, problem solving skill

Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft application (excel, ppt), and ERP system (SAP), experienced with analytical tools will be a plus

Quick learner, able to work under pressure, detail oriented, good logical thinking, initiative and teamwork

Willing to work overtime as neededGood communication in English

Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
