Project Manager

Our branding agency's brand is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead branding and creative projects from brief to execution. This role sits at the center of client communication and internal creative coordination, ensuring ideas are translated into high-quality deliverables, on time and on brief.

You will work closely with the Division Head, creative team, and clients to manage timelines, maintain workflow clarity, and ensure every project meets strategic and creative objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Division Head to plan, execute, and oversee branding and creative projects.

Translate client briefs into clear project scopes, timelines, and actionable tasks for internal teams.

Develop proposals, project timelines, meeting minutes, and maintain organized project documentation.

Coordinate with designers, strategists, and other creative team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Ensure all deliverables align with brand strategy, creative direction, and client expectations.

Present concepts and branding solutions confidently to clients.

Conduct regular client follow-ups to monitor progress and maintain strong relationships.

Identify upselling opportunities and support business growth initiatives.

Handle project revisions, feedback loops, and issue resolution professionally.

Maintain daily task planning and oversee project milestones.

Manage project assets and ensure proper documentation of agreements and sales records.

Available to work on Saturdays when required due to project deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design Management, Business, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in a branding agency, creative agency, or digital agency environment.

Strong understanding of branding processes (brand strategy, visual identity, campaign execution).

Experienced in managing creative workflows and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent client servicing and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details.

Commercial awareness and ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment.
