Job Description
Talent Acquisition and People Development Manager
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, as well as manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Design and implement employer branding strategies.
Design and implement employee development strategies, including identifying training needs and managing employee development programs.
Develop and implement talent pool and succession planning programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and development programs.
Lead performance management initiatives, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes to enhance productivity and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Development with good results
Proficient in competency-based interviewing techniques
Good interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
High integrity, resilient, and able to multitask
Willing to be placed in Karawang / Subang, Jawa Barat
