What You Bring to Shine in This Role
Leadership Experience:
3+ years as a Boutique Manager or Store Leader, ideally in a dynamic retail or luxury environment.
Retail and Luxury Expertise:
A strong background in premium retail is a must; luxury experience is a definite plus.
Communication Mastery:
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; Mandarin language skills are a valuable advantage.
Professional Presence:
You embody confidence, sophistication, and impeccable attention to detail — reflecting the Omega spirit in every interaction.
Key Skills:
Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.

The name HOURLOGY represents our passion and knowledge of watches. It is based from the English word horology, which by one definition means “the art of making instruments for indicating time”. The name HOURLOGY is meant to be pronounced as /arlod͡ʒi/ or ‘are-lo-gee’, which is how the Indonesian word for watch, arloji, is pronounced.
