Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pekanbaru for a Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, closed the deal, managing customer accounts, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Lead Generation and Closing The Deal
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
Competence in Relationship Building and maintaining client engagement
Goal-oriented mindset with experience in achieving sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in sales or account management roles is beneficial
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Adaptability to dynamic work environments and ability to work independently
Having Experience in the Healthcare Industry is a Plus
