GM Financial Planning & Analysis (Healthcare & Hospital) What You'll Do: Lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for healthcare operations Analyze financial data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational strategy Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to senior management Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on financial performance Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions What We're Looking For: ✅ Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the healthcare sector ✅ Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools ✅ Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail ✅ Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders ✅ Leadership experience with a collaborative approach to problem-solving ✅ Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
