About the team
F P&A team in Amartha has a role to drive the business. Our positioning as business partner and cost controller put FP&A team in a strategic role for the management and business stakeholders in terms of driving company performance. Currently, FP&A team are growing and strengthening along with Amartha growing above and beyond. Join the Amartha FP&A team will be excitement journey ahead
Roles and Responsibilities
As FP&A Analyst your role will serve as a business partner across the organizations and analyzing their performance which is related with the overall company performance. Your role will also become the bridge between finance and business. FP&A analyst will report to FP&A Sr. Lead
Responsibilities
Support budgeting and rolling forecast process
Cost controlling across organization which is related on the spending management process and maintain alignment budget vs actual
Perform variance analysis and provide recommendation
Assist closing process with work closely with accounting and finance to maintain accrual and accuracy of book keeping are aligned with the budget and accounting treatment
Finance Business Partnering and prepare monthly discussion with each business/organizations
Actively involved with project related on FP&A and ad-hoc request
Finance background with 2 - 4 years experiences (Finance analyst or FP&A analyst is a plus)
Have experience with budgeting and projection
Understanding of accounting treatment and financial statement PL / BS
Have experience work with big size of data
Have experience work with excel, power point in intermediate level (advance is a plus)
Can do attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Workday, or Power BI).
Understanding of marketplace or fintech business models (lending, payments, funding).
Familiarity with ESG or impact finance frameworks.
Strong business acumen and interest in financial inclusion and digital innovation.
Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize in a scaling organization.
