Job Description
As a
Community Team , you will be responsible to become lead partnership and sponsorship development while driving community building and brand activations through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable impact aligned with business and marketing objectives.
What will you do?
A. Partnership & Sponsorship Management
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships
with brands, communities, institutions, and event organizers aligned with Health & Wellness positioning (health, wellness, lifestyle, family).
Negotiate and manage sponsorships
for relevant events (sports, wellness, culinary, parenting, etc.) to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
Develop and own partnership pipelines —from initial contact and deal structure, to execution and reporting.
B. Community Building & Activation
Lead and manage community activation initiatives
(online & offline) to build a Company loyal customer base.
Develop community ambassador programs
(influencers, micro-KOLs, loyal customers) to drive word-of-mouth and UGC (collaborating with Marketing Communication & Digital Marketing Division).
Plan, execute, and measure brand activation campaigns
in partnership with key stakeholders (e.g., fitness events, sports community, health talks).
C. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, PR, Digital, and Sales, Supply Chain teams
to ensure partnership and community activities support overall marketing and business objectives.
Align activation initiatives with key campaigns
(product launches, seasonal campaigns, etc.)
D. Data & Impact Measurement
Set clear KPIs for each activation and partnership
(reach, attendees, engagement, lead generation, brand uplift).
Track and analyze impact , and optimize for continuous improvement (cost per acquisition in attendees, sales - if any)
What are we looking for?
Have 4-7 years of experience
in community, partnerships, activation, or sponsorship roles—preferably in FMCG, health/wellness, lifestyle, or agency side.
Show a proven track record
in delivering high-impact partnerships and brand activations with measurable results.
Possess strong networks
within health, wellness, family, or lifestyle sectors.
Demonstrate creativity
and agility in activation design, able to pivot quickly and think outside the box.
Show excellent stakeholder management —confident in dealing with C-level partners, brand teams, and external collaborators.
Have experience working with data/insights
for campaign optimization and reporting.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (casual and formal) and English
for broader collaboration.

Bachelor's graduate from any major.
