Responsibilities

Drive marketing design, planning & execution for bakery, patisserie, or chocolate unit.

Build market intelligence: customer, competitor, consumer & company insights.

Execute programs to boost sales, brand recognition & customer satisfaction.

Develop tailored marketing plans for each customer channel.

Lead strategic planning: surveys, research, competitor & consumer analysis.

Manage product lifecycle: new launches & post-launch monitoring.

Create impactful marketing communications, activations & campaigns.

Strengthen customer relationships & trade marketing for key accounts.
