Project Coordinator for Pulp, Energy and Circularity Business Area (based in Chennai, India).

Responsibilities

Support the Sales team in contract development and provide the main interface with the customer and other project participants.

Maintain confident relationships with customers and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Carry overall technical and financial responsibility for the project, leading the nominated project organization efficiently and effectively.

Plan and coordinate all activities during project execution, including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning and meeting of guarantees.

Qualifications

Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5‑6 years of experience in the energy and pulp industry projects.

Strong background in technologies such as recovery and power boilers, evaporators, lime kiln, recalcitrization environmental systems, cooking and fibreline.

Expertise in delivery and execution skills, project management processes, risk and opportunity management, and international trade and finance.

Self‑managed working style with the ability to set priorities for oneself and the project team, and to execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.

Good decision‑making and change‑management skills, with willingness to take the lead.

Ability to work on many projects simultaneously in a multi‑project environment.

Willingness to travel within India and the AP area.

Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
