Overview
We need a regional retail operator who can handle sales, manage operations, and lead a team to make the regional stores benchmarks!
Core Battlefield
Operational Coordination: Manage directly operated and authorized stores, set sales plans and targets, and lead the region to achieve higher market share.
Operational Implementation: Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and store efficiency.
Team Empowerment: Lead the regional team, conduct training, build a talent pipeline, and increase the number of reliable personnel.
Multi-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with new retail platforms to promote business, maintain good relationships with authorized dealers and suppliers, and ensure successful cooperation.
Store Expansion: Plan the regional store system, work with the expansion team to achieve store opening goals, and expand the business footprint.
Qualifications
10+ years of sales/retail experience, 5+ years of regional management experience, consumer electronics industry preferred
Understand international retail practices, with successful case studies in regional business expansion/management
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English as a working language
Skilled in project management, able to efficiently implement tasks.
Bonus Points: 80-100 store management experience, store expansion experience, 3C industry experience.
