Sales Marketing Supervisor

About the Role The role involves engaging with the cosmetics industry, focusing on B2B marketing and sales, while ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities

Conduct research on market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities in the cosmetics/beauty industry

Identify and acquire new B2B clients

Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams, along with market analysis and product briefs

Explore opportunities for market expansion and new distribution channels in the B2B segment

Analyze marketing and sales data, monitor performance of new and repeat orders, and provide strategic input

Collaborate with internal teams: R&D, Purchasing, Logistic, Production, and PPIC

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any related field

Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in Sales or B2B Marketing within a (maklon) cosmetic company, beauty industry, or pharmaceutical B2B environment

Solid understanding of beauty industry trends and the cosmetic product development process

Fluent in English (spoken and written) for global client communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Excellent planning and organizational skills for managing development and marketing projects

High motivation and strong passion for the cosmetics industry

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Willing to work in Bogor or South Jakarta (Pondok Pinang)
